Description
The project "Women on the Move: A Sporting Revolution", aims to combat unequal opportunities in exercise and sport for women by offering training in a neutral environment by a same-gender instructor and is aimed exclusively at women to avoid any hesitation that they might have as a result of various social or personal factors (e.g. patriarchy, sexism, low self-esteem, harassment).
Objectives
The Women on the Move project has set out the following objectives:

Promotion of sport and physical activity among women regardless of their social, educational, physical and economic level

Empowerment of women through sports

Utilisation of outdoor sports as a mechanism to enhance women's mental health, self-confidence and self-esteem

Enabling women professionals to showcase their skills, knowledge and abilities in the field of sport

Highlight female role models from the sport sector
