Active Zone Outdoor organizes local and European Projects aiming to increase youth participation in society and promote sports and outdoor activities. Specifically, the organisation coordinates and participates in various projects funded among others by the Erasmus+ Programme and the Youth Board of Cyprus. Its focus is particularly given on youth exchanges, training courses for youth workers as well as structured dialogue youth policy projects. Being part of the European Solidarity Corps Programme, the organisation offers customised volunteering positions to young people interested in working with us for a short period of time while undertakes a supportive role in mentoring groups of young people to implement their own Solidarity Projects.
