On November 8 2019, in collaboration with the Municipality of Larnaca, the team with the initiative “ 100000 trees in Larnaca” carried out the first symbolic tree planting in the municipality of Larnaca. 165 trees and shrubs were planted, giving the area of ​​the new Hospital a little green. Our NGO member Christos Tiligades offered volunteering work during the tree planting. Christos mentioned with enthusiasm that in a few hours a group of volunteers manage to create a green square in the city of Larnaca and that made him feel really optimistic in the sense that there is hope
and a future in this remarkable effort to make Larnaca greener.
